How to use AgentEase

Big picture

You do two main things:

1. Create prompts on the Prompts page. Each prompt is a reusable step (e.g. "Write KDP ad copy").
2. Build playbooks on the Playbooks page by linking prompts into an ordered workflow, then run that playbook with ChatGPT.

Step 1 – Create solid prompts

Go to Prompts in the top navigation.

1. Give the prompt a short, descriptive title.
2. In the content, write exactly what you want AI to do. Be specific about:
   • Goal (e.g. "Write 10 headline ideas")
   • Format (bullets, paragraphs, table, etc.)
   • Audience and tone
   • Any constraints (length, keyword, platform, etc.)
3. Optionally add a short tag (e.g. "KDP", "Advertising") so you can find it later.
4. Click Add prompt. It now lives in your library.

Step 2 – Build a playbook

Go to Playbooks → click New playbook or edit an existing one.

1. Give the playbook a clear title (e.g.  "KDP Advertising").
2. Use the Link prompts dropdown to add prompts in the order you normally work.
3. Use the Up / Down arrows in Linked Prompts to fine-tune the order.
4. Click Save changes so the playbook is stored under your account.

Step 3 – Run the playbook with ChatGPT

From the playbook edit page, click Run this playbook. You'll see the dedicated run screen.

1. Click Copy ChatGPT workflow prompt.
2. Paste it into ChatGPT and say something like: "Start at step 1 and guide me through this playbook one step at a time."
3. ChatGPT will walk you through each step in order. You can also use Copy this prompt on any individual step if you only want that piece.
4. Use the Back to edit link in the top right if you want to tweak the playbook and re-run it.

Example: Sarah the self-publisher

Sarah publishes puzzle books on KDP and repeats the same tasks for every book: formatting, listing copy, ads.

1. She creates prompts like:
   • "Format my KDP interior"
   • "Write my KDP description"
   • "Generate 10 ad headline ideas"
2. She builds a KDP Advertising playbook and links the prompts in the order she works.
3. Before each new book, she runs the playbook, pastes the workflow into ChatGPT, and lets AI walk her through the exact same process every time.

Tips for using AgentEase efficiently

• Turn any task you repeat into its own prompt.
• Group related prompts into one playbook per outcome.
• Keep titles short and clear so you recognize them quickly when linking prompts.
• When something works really well in ChatGPT, copy that final prompt back into AgentEase so you can reuse it next time.
